Our goal is to educate and teach student athletes and coaches about mental health and how it is affecting student athletes more specifically.
We want to empower student athletes to share what they are going through. We want to allow them to feel comfortable seeking help and making sure they know that they are not alone. We want to give student athletes the power to teach out, teach up, and teach down the idea of breaking the stigma.
We want to create not just a better environment for the one athlete, but we want to create an entire community of people all working towards the same goal of providing each other with optimal environments to fully blossom as a student athlete without the fear of feeling weak.
